We typically process and prepare orders for shipment within 48 hours (up to 2 business days). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, we'll email you a shipping confirmation and tracking information.

📍 Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking. After your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also check your shipment on our Track Your Order page.
Tracking updates can take a little time to appear after the carrier receives your parcel.

When will my order arrive?
Your estimated total wait is processing time (up to 2 business days) + transit time for your destination. For example, an order shipping to the United States usually takes 6–10 business days in transit after it has been dispatched.
My package is delayed. What should I do?
First, check your tracking link and allow the estimated delivery window to pass. If your parcel is still delayed or tracking hasn't updated for an unusually long time, email support@omamorishop.com with your order number so we can help investigate.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
For most destinations, no. We cover all applicable import duties and taxes for most countries, including the United States, Canada, and all European Union countries.
This means you won't have to worry about unexpected customs charges or additional import taxes upon delivery.
However, a few destinations, such as South Korea, Brazil, and Mexico, may be subject to additional import duties or taxes under local regulations. These charges, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility.
