The beads melt so well and look amazing!

Some beads are too short and don't fuse correctly with the bigger ones, leading to non-qualitative artwork :(
We’re truly sorry for your experience. We'd be happy to arrange a replacement package of black beads for you — these are the same ones we use in our own videos, where the finished pieces turn out well.
It’s possible the issue might be related to the ironing method. If the iron temperature is too high, some beads may melt faster while others don’t, causing uneven fusion and an over-melted final piece. We recommend checking out our detailed ironing tutorial on YouTube for tips on achieving the best results.
