I really like the mini iron in this kit as well as the included baking liner papers. Helps get a nice flat melt while keeping the beads a matte.

I bought this as a gift for my partner for our anniversary/valentines as a fun activity for us to do together. Everything came, the colours are lovely, the iron works really well and it came with a lovely hand written note. I made a mistake in thinking that the x2 trays were the pegboards and sent a complaint saying I only got one and the customer service was incredible! Fast replies, very sweet and even offered to send a free pegboard for the confusion. I would 10/10 recommend this product!

I'm really sorry to hear that this affected your anniversary plans—I completely understand how disappointing that must be. From the picture you uploaded, I can see that there are indeed two trays (the small round plates for holding beads temporarily). I believe what you meant is the pegboard.
The Fuse Bead Toolkit you ordered includes one pegboard, but I understand your frustration, and I'd be happy to send you an extra pegboard for free to make up for the confusion. Please let me know if you'd like me to send it your way.

The Kit has a good quality and it works perfect.
Everything arrived and it was as shown in the pictures. They even wrote a handwritten message for me! :)
I’m still getting the hang of it… but I guess for that I need time and practice!
